Ceremonies are streamed via private, access-controlled links (for example through Zoom) shared only with people you designate. Recordings are provided to the family or commissioning party. We do not publish ceremony streams or recordings publicly, and we do not use them for marketing without explicit consent.

6. Third-party services

To deliver our service and operate the website, we may rely on carefully selected providers, which act as processors or independent controllers:

• Streaming & conferencing (e.g. Zoom) to deliver the live broadcast.
• Video hosting (e.g. Vimeo) for unlisted replay links.
• Web hosting for the operation of this website.
• Web fonts (Google Fonts) for typography.

These providers may process data on servers located in Switzerland, the EU/EEA or other countries. Where data is transferred abroad, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards.

7. Cookies & analytics

This website uses only the cookies and technologies necessary for it to function properly. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers. If analytics are introduced in future, this notice will be updated accordingly.
